An extra length audio program: the ICU imagery helps with post surgical healing; reducing pain and depression; tolerating sleep disruption and ICU noise; fostering a sense of safety and support. The Rehab imagery helps promote patience with the recovery process; reduce discomfort; encourage exercise and relaxation.
